Our Printed Circuit Boards
Our Printed Circuit Boards are produced on 1st quality fibreglass, including double sided and gold plating of edge connectors.
Our Printed Circuit Boards are produced by printing from a negative onto pre-sensitized boards, stock is in 1oz copper (0.0014") (0.036mm) thick on 1.59mm (1/16") single sided and double sided firerglass, 2oz is available to order.
All our Artwork is printed on clear polyester film using a special inkjet printer that can deposit dence, hi resolution prints.
Black photographic film is then used to produce a hi resolution negative.

We can produce the artwork from your schematic, or design a circuit for a particular purpose.
Our PCB layouts are currently done on computer in a package called DesignWorks, this also allows us to produce a paper copy in colour of the PCB, looking from the top showing the component positions, with the tracks beneath, to help in assembly and/or maintenance of the finished product, see sample below, part of a single sided PCB.
