Our Workshop
Major items available in our workshop are:
4ft Guillotine for up to 1.6mm aluminium.
2ft Panbrake for up to 1.6mm aluminium.
5000lb Press for up to 3mm aluminium.
With a range of punches from 3mm to 27mm diameter, some imperial sizes and some rectangular.
We have a variety of component punches including DEE, BNC, Cable Grip Grommets, Cannon XL,
with corner notching up to 150mm x 150mm.
Plus louvre vents up to 1.6mm aluminium.
Drill press for up to 16mm diameter drills, plus various metal cutting hole saws.
Machine tapping up to 6.5mm threads, including Metric, BA, Whitworth & SAE threads.
Drop saw for up to 100mm wide aluminium.
Finishing of metalwork 3 types of Linishing Machines.
Final finishing such as Engraving, Powder Coating, Silk Screening and Anodizing are outsourced
to a select group of specialist companies.

We offer hand soldering and assembly service of small production runs and prototyping to other companies,
why not take advantage of what we, as a small company, can offer you.
As all our products are made in house, we have stocks of common electronic components for audio and control equipment.
We can assemble your products from our stocks at competitive prices or use your parts if you prefer.
We can even make your low volume Printed Circuit Boards.
Our Printed Circuit Boards are on 1st quality fibreglass board, including double sided and gold plating of edge connectors.
